Stuck on the login screen
Force-close the app, toggle airplane mode on and off, then reopen and try again. Nine times out of ten the session token just needed a reset.
Verification code never arrives
Wait a full two minutes, check spam folders for email codes, and make sure your number has the right country prefix. Requesting five codes in a row locks you out temporarily, so slow down.
Wrong password loops
Use the forgot-password flow once and wait. If you recently changed the password on another device, the old session can take a few minutes to invalidate.

When to reinstall
If login fails identically on Wi-Fi and mobile data after all of the above, reinstall the build fresh; corrupted local auth data is the last suspect.
Once you are back in, save your login method somewhere safe. Write down which email or phone number the account uses, and check that the recovery option still works. Most lockouts we see come back to an old number that can no longer receive codes.
